2. di dare atto che eventuali future sostituzioni dei membri appartenenti alle Associazioni Venatorie, Ambientaliste e Agricole saranno effettuate, come prevede la normativa regionale, sulla base degli elenchi dei nominativi forniti dalle varie Associazioni e conservati agli atti del Settore Agricoltura Caccia e Pesca - Ambiti Modena e Reggio Emilia;
3. di dare atto, inoltre, che i Consigli Direttivi degli ATC RE01, RE02, RE03 e RE04 di cui al precedente punto 1, come previsto dai vigenti Statuti, restano in carica cinque anni;
4. di dare atto, altresì, che, per quanto previsto in materia di pubblicità, trasparenza e diffusione di informazioni, si provvederà ai sensi delle disposizioni normative e amministrative richiamate in parte narrativa;
5. di disporre, infine, la pubblicazione per estratto della presente deliberazione sul Bollettino Ufficiale della Regione Emilia-Romagna Telematico.
